In the following privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the context of our website. We only collect and process personal data on the basis of the legal provisions (General Data Protection Regulation, Telecommunications Act 2003).

As soon as you access or visit our website as a user, your IP address and the beginning and end of the session are recorded. This is for technical reasons and therefore constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of section 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Contact

If you contact us, either via our contact form on our website or by email, the data you send us will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry or for the event of further follow-up questions. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.

Data storage

To facilitate the shopping process and for the subsequent processing of the contract, the IP address of the connection owner is stored by the webshop operator in the form of cookies.

The data provided by you is required for the fulfilment of the contract and the implementation of pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to conclude a contract without this data. The data collected is not transmitted to third parties, except for the transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of billing the purchase price, the delivery company (transport company) commissioned by us to deliver the goods and our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our obligations under tax law.

If you cancel the purchase process, the data stored by us will be deleted. Should a contract be concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period required by tax law (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of section 96 subsection 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as section 6 subsection 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.

Our website uses so-called “cookies”. These are small text files that are stored on your end device through the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website user-friendly. Some cookies remain on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
